I came to Darius as a first time car buyer, loose parameters for my funds, and what I was wanting. He worked with me from 4-6:30 (hour and a half after close) to get me situated the way I wanted. Awesome help, awesome personalities.

‼️Edited to add‼️ While I had a much less than desirable experience here after purchasing a truck last April, there is a BRAND NEW GM, Owen, who has reached out and gone above and beyond to right a wrong that was beyond his control. Based on our conversations, he worked with me to give guidance on purchasing a new vehicle, along with offering to buy our truck back with an extremely competitive offer. The only reason we did not accept was because it made more sense for us to trade it in at the new dealership we purchased from. I have confidence that the customer service & car buying experience will improve under Owen’s leadership.Less than 3 months after purchasing a vehicle from them last April, our truck needed a new engine. When I called to speak with them about it, they essentially told me, “guess it’s a good thing that you purchased the warranty,” and provided no willingness to help with the costs associated with the repairs that I was still responsible for after the warranty. Once the engine was replaced, the turbos had to be replaced 2 days later, then followed by faulty O2 sensors shortly after. The internal damage that was done did not happen overnight & it would be an extreme oversight if a mechanic on site didn’t know about any of these issues when they sold the vehicle. Since then, the truck has had to have new struts, a backup camera fixed, 4WD mechanisms fixed & counting.
